At least SEK 10 million will be allocated to the promotion of health and social welfare
Great interest in the call Collaboration for promotion and prevention within SustainGov. With 48 applications received, the interest shows a strong desire to improve health and social welfare in society.
A budget of just over SEK 10 million has been set aside to finance up to 20 projects. The purpose of this call is to support public organisations in their efforts to promote health and social welfare for all residents. The projects that are granted must have clearly described how a transition to promotion and preventive measures can be implemented, what effects are expected, and propose concrete next steps.
Assessment of applications received
A thorough review and assessment of the applications will now begin. External assessors will review the applications received and assess them based on the requirements that exist. The assessment period runs from 11 to 24 November.
SustainGov is not involved in the assessment process and cannot influence which projects are selected.
"This initiative marks an important development in the public sector and shows a commitment to creating a more sustainable and inclusive future. We are looking forward with excitement to Vinnova's decision, which will come on 13 December," says Mariell Juhlin, Programme Manager at SustainGov.
The project is expected to start in January/February 2025.
